Professional Summary: Beyond his professional achievements, Charlie is a dedicated community leader and a passionate advocate for youth in Southwest Washington. He has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington for more than a decade and contributes to the Vancouver Public School District Management Task Force.
